We visited the Korineum Golf Resort Hotel as a couple, both beginners to the sport, but had a wonderful time here. Booked a week away with gonorthcyprus and were impressed by the standard of both the hotel and the golf course. It's a clean, tidy and well looked after hotel, we had a clean, comfortable room with all the expected amenities and a comfortable bed. My wife and I had a great week at the Korineum, we don't usually leave reviews but I really was impressed so on this occasion I'm making the effort! We booked our break with gonorthcyprus, they've handled our bookings before and we know we can rely on them to get things right. When we arrived it was quite late but the staff had the kitchen open for us nonetheless, which was considerate. I stayed at the Korineum recently with a couple of friends, we all enjoy golf and sun so it was an ideal choice - plus gonorthcyprus got us a deal that was too good to pass up! Great scenery all around the hotel, which overlooks the sea, I had a spacious, modern room with a superb view over the water. I recently booked a break at the Korineum Golf Resort through gonorthcyprus, having never been to this part of Cyprus before. I wanted somewhere luxurious but what matters most to me is the standard of play, and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the course here. I came to the Korineum solely to play golf, it has an excellent reputation for the sport so I booked a week with gonorthcyprus and got a good deal. When I arrived I was pleased to find my room was very clean and airy with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was very good too, large and with a separate shower cubicle - again, very well kept. This hotel suits us as it has the 5 Star comfort but no casino which most others seem to have , Our room has a lovely sea view and a welcome breeze. we're not golfers so we have a hire car and explored the coastline up to the panhandle area and found lots of deserted coves and a more rural cyprus than we have been to before ,we are off tonight to see the turtles hatching and have another 3 days to go and then back to work unfortunately.... more

With my 60th birthday coming up, I decided to treat myself to a luxurious golfing break. I found GoNorthCyprus online and Gary recommended the Korineum, a deluxe golfing hotel in Kyrenia. We had such a wonderful week at the Korineum I had to write a review. We flew to Larnaca and arranged a return transfer to the resort. Some guests had flown to Turkey and had a few problems. When we got there we were offered an upgrade to an elite room on the upper level with sea view, so glad we took it! Excellent hotel and we were very pleased staying in this marvellous location. There were excellent facilities, such as restaurants , swimming pool and beach. Food was very nice and restaurants were very clean. Staff was good and attending to all needs. we have practice on golf range as well, but as we were not a good golf player did not take part in any competition. I have stayed before, and it was as good this time as it was before, with only a couple of small exceptions.The room was perfect, and the air-con was a great relief from the very hot day.The golf course and customer service, were both excellent and very accommodating. Stayed for 2 nights as a surprise for my wife's birthday. Wish we had more time as the location is stunning, the staff are superb and the service very slick. The room we had was a Junior sea view suite. Very clean, 2 small double beds, small lounge area with a very large bathroom with twin sinks, a large shower and separate bath with shower. Stayed one night, but felt totally relaxed, We was given sea view room larger than your average hotel room. Huge bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Nice furnishings and proper balcony rattan table and chairs not plastic.Hotel offer regular free shuttle service to the beach which is 2 min away on the opposite side of the road. We stayed at the Korineum Golf Hotel for the second time in late September . Our previous visit last year was the last of a three- hotel holiday and although all hotels were very good this one suited us best. It is set in beautiful grounds surrounded by flowers, trees and sits on the edge of the golf course that is itself a work of art with olive trees dotted around. A couple of days ago, we returned from our stay at this hotel. We had a good time, however we also think that there are some things that the hotel could do in order to improve the experience for the guests who book in there. If you're looking for a very high quality golfing resort, Korineum Golf Resort should be your first choice in North Cyprus. The course itself is not only a worthwhile and challenging course, but the area's surroundings are second to none. I'd been told before arriving that the tee at the 5th offers an incredible view of the Mediterranean, and I would say for sure it is! What would I say about the Korineum Golf Resort? As I like to be very fair and objective let's go through the positives and the negatives here. Firstly the hotel is fantastically suited to golfers – which I suppose you'd expect from a golf resort! Ironically I don't play golf so I can only offer an objective opinion on the hotel itself. My company booked this up when I was unexpectedly delayed on a business trip and needed somewhere to stay for 3 nights. The location and backdrop for this place is really good. This is the second time we've been lucky enough to find time in the new year to escape to Northern Cyprus for a break after the Christmas chaos and the first time it was superb.
