My wife and I booked a week away at the Lord's Palace Hotel through gonorthcyprus, we found the hotel on the website and thought it looked great for the price. We were welcomed by the reception staff on arrival who showed us our room and were very friendly. We had a pleasant room with a comfy bed, very clean and spacious. We ate at the hotel quite a bit and the Spice restaurant was wonderful with lots of choice and again, attentive and friendly staff. The same for the seafood restaurant, the food... more
Stayed for a short break with friends. We loved the hotel and its facilities and the staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. We had the FULL BOARD PLUS and this was great. It Included room (which was lovely)' breakfast, lunch, dinner with drinks/ wine at lunch and dinner. Drinks were available at other times at the coffee shop, Le Petit Croisant. The food was tasty and varied but the only criticism is that some of the hot food was barely warm.Special thanks to our waiter Ahmad and to... more
I stayed at the Lord's Palace recently on a solo trip and was very impressed by the hotel in general. It's grand and imposing with some stunning facilities like the rooftop pool and a wonderful spa where I had two relaxing massages. My room was luxurious, well appointed and kept very clean. Great selection of food but service was a bit slow in the restaurant, perhaps the staff were a bit apprehensive because their English wasn't all that good. In the coffee shop however service was excellent and... more
we first heard about this Hotel from friends so were happy booking, they recommended Go North Cyprus, who couldn't have been more helpful.Although a little out of town the views are fantastic and rooms were very comfortable, we booked full board and they included drinks with our meals, the food was varied and delicious, rather annoying as we'd read some wonderful reviews of restaurants in the area.It was the small touches that made this break special and we were lucky with the weather tooWe both... more
If you like somewhere with a bit of glitz and glam then the Lord's Palace is a good choice. My husband took me away for a surprise anniversary celebration and we had a lovely time. He booked through gonorthcyprus, who also arranged our transfers, so we could rest easy. The hotel is smart and clean, we had a very nice room that was comfortable and again spotless. Buffet breakfast is varied and there's plenty of food, we ate out for our other meals and recommend Cafe Chimera by the harbour. There's... more
We've just returned from a short break the Lord's Palace, which was arranged for us by agent gonorthcyprus. We were impressed with the price and the agent was very good in organising our transfers. When we arrived we were made welcome by the staff, who really do make the place. They are so friendly and kind. Our room was quite spacious and luxurious, although it would have been nice to have had a walk in shower - the bath was quite narrow. Fantastic choice of meals and excellent value for money.... more
Our first visit to North Cyprus , we called Go North Cyprus and spoke to Gary , who suggested the Lords Palace as suiting our needs. Staff at the hotel couldn't do enough to help and were always on hand , the food was wonderful in quality and choice, we made full use of the gym and spa , even had a few treatments . One glitch with the otherwise immaculate room was the Bathroom , no shower, just a bath .We found some very nice bars and coffee shops at the end of the road , not that we dragged ourselves... more
I have stayed in quite a few Kyrenia hotels over the years & for a winter break chose the Lords Palace this time.As you approach this impressive architecture you feel you could be in Paris for a moment. Although the hotel is surrounded by residential apartments this location could be tided up a little. Our room was comfortable and clean with luxurious interior design. There are no walk in showers only available in suite rooms. The spice restaurant were the breakfast, lunch & Dinner is served again... more
We've just returned from a short stay at the Lord's Palace, which we booked with GoNorthCyprus.com, and decided to leave our opinions of the place. The hotel itself we found to be very luxurious and new, we were welcomed on arrival and checked in to our room, which was comfortable and nicely decorated. There was a small balcony with great views over the sea. We went straight up to the rooftop bar, which is reported as being one of the best in the area - we certainly were impressed and found the... more
We normally stay at the Cratos but thought we would give the lords Palace a try , The Go North Cyprus website was easiest to use and booking was so simple , we flew with BA into Larnaca and Go North Included a Private Taxi ( Not the dreaded shared coaches as with other companies). The hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was very comfortable and WiFi signal strong.Just loved the Sky bar on the roof Will be returning next year... more
We've just returned from an amazing break at the Lord's Palace hotel, which was recommended to us by our booking agent Gary at GoNorthCyorus.com. We decided we deserved a treat this year and the opulent Lord's Palace looked ideal on the website images. We were a bit apprehensive because the hotel is brand new , but Gary reassured us that we would be well looked after, so we decided to go for it. I'm so glad we did; the hotel is totally luxurious, we had a large, well-appointed room with a beautiful... more
Every year we allow ourselves one luxury break and this year we chose the Lords Palace Hotel, which had just opened. We did a bit of research online first and spoke to Sue in bookings at GoNorthCyprus, who gave us all the details we needed to make an informed choice. We decided to book straightaway and Sue handled everything, even our transfers, so we felt we got a very good deal considering it's a five-star hotel. When we arrived, the staff couldn't be faulted, they welcomed us and attended to... more
