My husband took to me Balci Plaza for a nice break. We were on a tight budget but got a good deal through gonorthcyprus.com and Gary in sales arranged everything for us, including the airport transfers. When we arrived we met the owner who was very pleasant and friendly, all the staff were attentive and made sure we had a nice time. We spent a week away at Balci Plaza after Gary from GoNorthCyprus got us a very good deal. The location of the hotel really is beautiful, it's positioned in a sandy bay which is private and not busy, very relaxing and you don't feel self conscious or irritated by noisy visitors. We had a spacious apartment that was very clean but might benefit from a touchup here and there - I expect refurbs will take place once the season has fully finished. My husband and I stayed at Balci Plaza recently and found the break very relaxing. We got a good price through our agent gonorthcyprus and were made to feel very welcome by the hotel staff. Our room was spacious with all the necessary modcons and efficient aircon. We really enjoyed the food, many ingredients were locally sourced and the fish was cooked to perfection, we would definitely recommend eating here. Just returned from another stay at Balch Plaza,it's bliss,peace,quite totally relaxing . The accommodation is clean and fully adequate for all your needs,anything that is not to hand will be brought to you by one of the staff.The owner Hassan and his staff give you a wonderful warm welcome ( not to mention the dogs who walk you home at night) ,there is nothing too much for them. My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to Cyprus, we'd never been to the north before but we found the gonorthcyprus website and just went for it. Balci Plaza looked to be an interesting location, away from all the action, we like walking and as it's close to the Karpaz Peninsula we were keen to explore the national park there. I've just returned from a stay at Balci Plaza, booked with GoNorthCyprus, and wanted to let others know what a great little place this is. The rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and the setting is unbeatable. The hotel has its own private beach, which is secluded and very peaceful. We booked a trip to Balci Plaza through GoNorthCyprus, Gary suggested the hotel as being out of the way, which is just what we wanted for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is basic but it met our needs and our hosts couldn't do enough to make sure we had a wonderful stay. If you're after somewhere tranquil and beautiful, don't overlook the Balci Plaza. We booked a weekday holiday through GoNorthCyprus.com, who recommended the hotel to us when we said we wanted complete peace and relaxation somewhere off the beaten track. Sometimes you need a bit of seclusion to recharge your batteries and I cannot recommend this place enough.
