We've just returned from the Merit Royal Premium and were just blown away by our holiday. If you want five star accommodation that really is five star, this is it. The hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing, you can see both the sea and the mountains from the hotel and we had a superb room with a wonderful sea view. Very clean, tidy and spacious room with a cosy but luxurious feel. There's a massive pool outside and lovely lawns, lots to do inside too to keep the kids busy too, like the arcade... more
If you're looking for luxury for all the family you can't go wrong with the Merit Premium Hotel. I got a great deal for the family through Go North Cyprus, which included transfers, so added extra value. We were made to feel valued and welcomed by the staff and given a spacious and well equipped family room that was clean and finished to a high standard. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and lots of variety. The children really enjoyed the kids club and the whole hotel feels very family friendly.... more
We went away for a week with gonorthcyprus and stayed at the Merit Premium Hotel, just me and my husband for a quiet break. Lovely hotel, very sleek and well-kept throughout. We had a spacious room that was well appointed with a large, comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. Great circular swimming pool at the centre of the hotel and beautifully striking views from the decking over the sea. Private beach is just a few minutes away and perfect for a bit of sunbathing. We don't have children and it... more
I treated my wife to an extra special getaway for our 25th wedding anniversary at the Merit Royal Premium, booked through GoNorthCyprus who got us a very competitive price. I was hoping for luxury and that is certainly what we received. The hotel is first class, stylish and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and courteous and we were treated like royalty. This is what five star should mean but it's not always been the case at other hotels. Fantastic outdoor swimming pool and beautifully... more
We've just returned from an amazing break at the Merit Premium and want to thank gonorthcyprus for getting us such a great deal on this one of a kind holiday. We've never experienced luxury like it, from the efficient staff on reception to the standard of food in the restaurants, everything here is top notch. We were well overdue a bit of a pamper but we returned feeling like we've had enough to keep us going a good few years just in one week at the Premium! Very grand with all the trimmings, beautiful... more
We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at the Merit Premium, this is a true five star establishment and I can't recommend it enough. I found the hotel on the gonorthcyprus website and we booked for four - me, my husband and our two daughters, aged 2 and 4. The price was very good, we travel out of season for this reason as the children haven't started school yet. The hotel was as family friendly as the website suggested - there is so much here for kids, our girls really had a whale... more
It was my husband's 60th birthday in January and we decided to pull out all the stops with a luxury family trip to Cyprus. Having never been to the north before, we had a look online and found the GoNorthCyprus website and the Merit Royal Premium. I rang the booking company and spoke to Leanne, who arranged everything for us, including some special treats on arrival! When we got to the hotel we were blown away by how luxurious it was, and our room was massive! Everyone else in our group said the... more
Deciding to return to North Cyprus we wanted to try somewhere different ,although we wanted a relaxing break , we also wanted activities for the children and an All Inclusive Hotel to a good standard.Gary at Go North Cyprus recommended the Premium, the room was very comfortable with a lovely sea view. The children were spoilt rotten by the staff from day one, the never ending choice of food was another draw, the Beach was a five minute stroll to the sister Hotel , though if the staff were passing... more
