Hotel Sempati is an elegant 3 star hotel in North Cyprus. The Sempati Hotel's striking curved design ensures every one of the 28 hotel rooms has a sea view from their balcony, and the view back from the large swimming pool to the mountains is worth seeing too! The Hotel Sempati also has 7 poolside bungalows for that villa holiday feel with hotel style service. The beach is just 100 metres away through the gardens.

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Sempati having found a cheap break through gonorthcyprus.com. We had a clean, decently sized room, the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was standard and filling enough and the price of drinks was good, we didn't eat at the hotel at other mealtimes so can't comment on lunch or tea. My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Sempati for a short break we booked through gonorthcyprus. The accommodation is quite basic but the bed was comfy and our towels were changed daily. We also had a very nice balcony with a great view of the sunrise. The shower water ran a little hot to cold and the hotel in general could do with a bit of a refresh. I visited Hotel Sempati with my wife on a break booked through gonorthcyprus. It was our first visit to the hotel and to the region in fact, and the hotel staff were excellent in making us feel welcome and right at home. We had a decent room with a comfortable bed and enjoyed using the pool, although people get down early to reserve sunbeds so be aware if you want to pick out a spot! We found Hotel Sempati via the GoNorthCyprus website and booked a week via Gary in sales. For the money, we felt we received very good value. The hotel looked freshly painted and renovated and the staff were superb, so helpful and polite. The hotel is a good all rounder, not the most luxurious but not basic either. I was looking for a well priced trip away before Christmas and the Hotel Sempati seemed ideal. We booked with gonorthcyprus who got us a good deal and we arrived to a very pleasant garden room, which was spacious and clean. We've just returned from a week at Hotel Sempati, which we booked through GoNorthCyprus. We got a great deal on the hotel, which was a little rough around the edges but very friendly and in a great location. Our room was comfortable, I think the decor and linen could do with updating if the hotel wants to attract higher paying guests but we can't complain for what we paid. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Sempati with GoNorthCyprus recently and wanted to recommend it to other visitors. It is a lovely place, truly, very comfortable with welcoming and friendly staff. We stayed at the top of the hotel and had a wonderful sea view from the balcony. I did some research before booking and was impressed by the reviews of Hotel Sempati on the GoNorthCyprus website. Mixed reviews elsewhere but decided to go for it as me and the hubby needed to get away for a bit. The Hotel Sempati was such a refreshing change from our usual sort of getaway, we were after somewhere quiet and away from the action for a change and GoNorthCyprus really delivered in finding this place for us. My family enjoyed their stay st Sempati. The swimming pool is nice and clean as well as rooms. The views of mountain from the balcony on the room is breathtaking. We were surprised to find the small secluded beach just 5 mins walk from the hotel. I felt like jumping in the sea but then realised I can't swim so resisted the temptation. Booked ourselves into the Sempati on 1st September 2014. We booked via Go North Cyprus and got a brilliant deal on a couple of weeks half board for all the family. First impressions were great as we didn't arrive until fairly late in the evening but were still offered a hot meal when we got in. I flew out to the Sempati with a few friends in mid-Autumn (booked through Go North Cyprus). We weren't entirely sure which hotel to go for since there's a fairly wide variety in the general area but ultimately we were quite happy with our choice. Hotel Sempati is located about 2 minutes walk from a small sandy beach and about 20 minutes walk from a choice of 6-8 quite good restaurants along the coast. The older accommodation rooms and restaurant areas are definitely in need of a refurbishment, but we were fortunate to stay in the new rooms which are light, airy and spacious. My parents have recently moved to North Cyprus so to surprise them I booked into this hotel as there was a special New Year deal advertised which included flights and transfers.And what a surprise for them and me.The entertainment was provided by a drag act(turkish)superb!and musical entertainment.The traditional cypriot meal was exceptional value too along with the buffet breakfast.The staff ,though working,participated in the entertainment too.Fantastically friendly people.I would recomend this... more
I have stayed at the Sempati several times and each time I seem to enjoy myself more than the time before. It's my favorite hotel in North Cyprus. In fact, after my husband and I stayed here the first time, we said to each other that we'll never stay anywhere else. First of all, the place is family owned and operated and they really take pride in their establishment. They employ several outside staff members and they obviously treat them very well. This was our second trip out here as a family, myself my husband and out two small girls aged 10 and 12. Both times we've visited we've had a really great time and everything has gone to plan. We had a few small issues with the room this time round such as an air conditioning unit which didnt function correctly but after speaking to the staff we had it looked at and repaired within a few hours as it was quite uncomfortable without it. The Sempati is not a very big hotel, but that's what I really liked about it. The pool is big enough for a swim but not so large that you feel intimidated sitting beside it and not swimming. It feels more like a villa pool, especially in April when at times it was just me, my book and the sunshine! The little beach nearby is gritty rather than sandy, but great for just watching the waves and feeling relaxed. We enjoyed a lovely winter break at the Sempati Hotel in North Cyprus, with sunshine every day and no mention of the credit crunch all week - what a change from the UK. I was a little nervous about flying into Larnaca in the south and then crossing the border into north Cyprus, but our taxi driver was there waiting for us on time, and the journey very straightforward. We were looking for a nice relaxing place to stay and the Hotel Sempati was perfect. The location was quiet, the rooms were lovely and the staff was great. They were most helpful in every respect. One suggestion is to hire a car if you want to do more than just sit by the pool or visit the nearby beach. The beach that is close by is somewhat rocky. When we checked in to the Sempati I asked for a sea view room, and the receptionist simply smiled and said "They all have a sea view!" Our holiday at this hotel was one of the best family holidays that we have had. The rooms felt quite airy and fresh, and there was a little balcony to enjoy the view. I loved the Sempati, a cool-looking hotel with nice rooms that had views to the sea. I stayed for a week and wished I could have stayed for another. I swam every day in the pool, and the staff even put my towel on the sun lounger - amazing! My room was really cool and light, and had a balcony so you could sit out with a beer and chill. When planning our honeymoon we wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, warm and somewhat secluded. The Hotel Sempati was a wonderful choice for us. The views from our room were incredible.
