My wife and I had a great time at the Cratos Premium Hotel. We booked a week away with gonorthcyprus and were impressed with the high standards at the hotel. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, products were replenished every day and the staff were friendly and efficient in all areas, from reception to the cleaners. My husband took me away on a short luxury break to the Cratos Premium to celebrate our five-year anniversary, both times we travelled with GoNorthCyprus as they're so reliable. I travelled to the Cratos Premium Hotel with my wife recently, it's very much a place for couples and very stylishly finished, right up our street. Although the hotel is quite big it still feels personal, the staff are friendly and helpful and contribute a lot to this pleasant ambience. We had a nice room and enjoyed our time very much. I travelled to the Cratos Premium Hotel with my wife for a short break out of season. We do like to travel when the prices aren't sky high and our agent gonorthcyprus got us a good deal, inclusive of transfers. We found the hotel very clean and tidy, well run and with friendly staff. We recently booked a break at the Cratos Premium with gonorthcyprus and have returned home feeling extremely impressed. The hotel is imposing and very nice looking, both outside and in. last stayed at the Cratos 2 years ago, since then the beach has seen improvemnts ,we stayed in the poolside rooms so didn't have far to walk to either the restaurant or the beach, the food was varied and fresh with free drinks at meal times , My partner spent most of her time in the Gym and Spa which she says was first class, we took the occasional trip into Kyrenia but spent most of our time in the Hotel .Would certainly return... more
We've returned from a week at the Cratos Premium feeling very impressed. My wife and I booked in with GoNorthCyprus, Gary was very accommodating and we were pleased that the transfers were all included, makes things so much easier. Staying at the Cratos Premium was probably the most luxurious holiday we've ever been on, and we instantly knew it was going to be a plush hotel when we entered through the impressive archway. Whenever we go to northern Cyprus I head straight to the Go North Cyprus website and book us into the Cratos. My mum loves it as much as us so always comes along, and the last couple of trips have seen our party expand even more. I was in Cratos for 4nights 31march to 4april 2014, I went there to surprise my family which there were there already , when I ask Reception to give the room next to the them , They did their best to give me the room next to the my family room . I treated my family to a late summer holiday to North Cyprus and we had a fantastic time, although I paid a lot of money for the hotel which wasn't quite up to standard.The facilities at the Cratos Premium Hotel are amazing- we never needed to leave the hotel because it even has its own beach and mini port! We came here for a wedding a couple of weeks ago after we found this to be the recommended hotel by our travel agent Sue from 'gonorthcyprus'. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything once we got here. The place looks fantastic right from the first glance, and the food is of a high quality. My husband surprised me with a week long holiday to North Cyprus for our 2nd anniversary. As we didn't have much of a honeymoon, he decided to treat me to a luxurious holiday. We had a wonderful two night stay at the Cratos Hotel in February. Even though the weather was inclement it did not deter from us having a wonderful time. Definitely going back when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of the pool area which is massive. We were on an inclusive deal with all food and drinks with our meals.....great value for money and the buffets were exceptional. The Cratos had everything we wanted. Right on the sea front, a huge pool and lots of space between sun loungers. Interior decor extremely lavish and staff were really helpful. Rooms a good size--- food good, and service excellent. Well situated for a short taxi ride into Kyrenia. Hotel provided live entertainment in the evenings, and even live music at breakfast. We had a great holiday in July at the Cratos. However, when we arrived no one came to get our cases so we were left to find out own way to the reception desk. Not what you expect from a luxury hotel. I was treated to several days at the Cratos Hotel recently by my fiancé and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd been to northern cyprus before and thought it was fantastic. The lobby was impressive, with polished marble everywhere and beautiful furniture and accessories. Although the fire in this hotel was on saturday 21st, and we didnt arrive until monday 23rd May, no attempt to contact us either by phone or email was received regarding the fire and if we would prefer alternative accommodation.When we arrived tired from journey we were informed at the desk that they had a problem with electricity, which may only be on a couple of hours at a time. After getting married over the Christmas period, my new wife and I decided to hold off going on honeymoon until the opening of The Cratos Premium Hotel in North Cyprus. Recently I had the good fortune to be invited to North Cyprus by my boyfriend, who booked us in at the Cratos Premium Hotel. Before we reached the Reception desk, I was welcomed by my name! The Hotel have excellent and helpful staff. The hotel decor is really wonderful. There is a very relaxed atmosphere too! My boyfriend treated me to a stay at the Cratos Hotel just before Christmas, and I really didn't know where I was staying until we got to the airport.
