I took my wife to the Chateau Lambousa Hotel for a romantic break, we'd had a manic time in the run-up to Christmas so we decided to get away for a few days before the big day arrived. We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the pool and were pleased with the standard of cleanliness although an update might freshen up the decor a bit. My husband and I stayed at the Chateau Lambousa Hotel with gonorthcyprus recently. We were impressed by the pictures of the hotel on the website and decided to book a break in September when things would be a bit quieter. The hotel is very attractive with a great pool area, the atmosphere is peaceful and we were welcomed by the staff. We got a great price on a short break at Chateau Lambousa through gonorthcyprus so decided to give it a try. We were looking for a bit of peace and relaxation and we certainly found it here. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and the accommodation is very clean, comfortable and more than met our needs. I've just returned from a long 2 week break to Kyrenia with my family of four (2 adults and 2 children.) We booked through gonorthcyprus after a friend of mine recommended their site for great deals. My family booked a holiday to Kyrenia, staying at the Chateau Lambousa, due to the great deal we got with gonorthcyprus.com. We had a few other destinations in mind but this ticked the boxes and was the most reasonable. We booked through Gary who was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We enjoy holidays that are a bit out of the ordinary so the quirky Chateau Lambousa was right up our street. We loved the traditional architecture and varied interior design of the hotel, which is elegant and luxurious with lots of interesting details like suits of armour and paintings. My wife and I enjoyed the stay in Lambousa, however the main complaint is related to the quality of food you get. We booked a half board accommodation but the dinners were not impressive most of the time - reminded me of some school time cafe!!All the infrastructure is fantastic as the place was launched recently. We had our engagement in this hotel. Overall it was very good. Had quite a late check in and were welcomed by a free upgrade of the room with a view to the pool. It was having a good view to the pool. Facilities of the hotel were good. I would only comment on the staff who were welcoming but sometimes too slow to react. I do see the potential in here and can visualise this place to become a good family resort to be more exceptional... more
