Our holiday at this hotel was one of the best family holidays that we have had. The rooms felt quite airy and fresh, and there was a little balcony to enjoy the view. It had all of the things you would expect from a nice hotel room, a hairdryer, AC, mini fridge, TV etc. The hairdryer was fine and although we had brought one it was handy to have a second one since we have three girls in the family. We didn't spend much time in the room though, as the kids wanted to be at the pool most of the day. (The pool has a special kids area too, which gave us more peace of mind for our five year old who is not a strong swimmer.) The food was nice, and the staff were happy to make simpler versions of some of the meals for my fussy teen. The staff went out of their way to be friendly, and we were so surprised when they offered to bring us drinks out to us at the pool. Not only did we feel totally spoiled but it also meant that the children didn't go running into the bar area all wet in order to get a drink. They put all drinks on our room bill, which meant we didn't have to hand out money to all of the kids either. We all loved this service and felt that is really added to our sense of being on holiday. I think that being pampered in this way by the staff really helped my husband and I feel like we were taking some much needed time off! The bar area had a nice family atmosphere and the hotel was an ideal solution for us since our kids range from 5 to 15. The pool table and TV were a boon, and there was also internet access so that my eldest could check her emails. (Apparently essential!) We had some of our meals outside which was a really nice experience, and again just made us get even more into the spirit of being on holiday. We had a really nice stay at this hotel, and are grateful to the staff for making us feel so welcome and relaxed!
