Hotel Sempati Review - 9 of 30 Reviews

This was our second trip out here as a family, myself my husband and out two small girls aged 10 and 12. Both times we've visited we've had a really great time and everything has gone to plan. We had a few small issues with the room this time round such as an air conditioning unit which didnt function correctly but after speaking to the staff we had it looked at and repaired within a few hours as it was quite uncomfortable without it. The scenery and views were really lovely and we had the chance to check out the coastline more this time as we decided that we were going to hire a car to get about a bit more than last time. Some great beaches werent too far away if the poolside isnt your particular thing too.

We found the staff to be very friendly and ever so helpful when we did have our little hiccups such as the air conditioner, most of them spoke good english but even those that didnt had a smile on their face and made an effort to make us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned and towels changed each day and this was normally done while we were at breakfast. Breakfast itself was a buffet style set up with eggs cereals and jams, just what you'd expect from this type of place. It was clean and the food a decent standard too. The numbers for breakfast seemed to change each day, some days were quiet and other days quite busy to say the least, however there was plenty of room for all.

We were told that the hotel was about ten years old and some room refurbishment is in the pipeline, but you woudnt be disappointed if you visited right now. All in all this hotel offers very good accommodation at very reasonable prices, so although there are some negative reviews for this hotel, take it into perspective before deciding.
