Cratos Premium Hotel Review - 6 of 29 Reviews

After getting married over the Christmas period, my new wife and I decided to hold off going on honeymoon until the opening of The Cratos Premium Hotel in North Cyprus. The advertisements looked so stunning and they had so much to offer a couple on honeymoon.

Upon arrival at the Cratos Premium we were greeted and congratulated especially. Our room was also filled with flowers and champagne which was such a special touch. The honeymoon suite was incredible! It was beautiful, indulgent and really spacious. I honestly felt like a king, especially when I realised that we had our own Jacuzzi. We had read that you can transfer from the airport to the hotel by limousine. Unfortunately we couldn't stretch to that but thought that it was a brilliant idea!

The hotel was always buzzing. Being a fairly young couple we were thrilled by the entertainment on offer, including the casino and discos. We could, however, see that those looking for a quiet holiday might not like it and it would perhaps not be suitable for children.

We were also really impressed by the friendly staff at the Cratos Premium. Often large hotels lack those personal touches but we really felt like they went out of their way to make our honeymoon special. The staff have clearly been highly trained to pay great attention to detail, no matter who the guest is.

My wife and I chose to visit Northern Cyprus as somewhere we'd never visited and to avoid long haul flights! I honestly could never have been disappointed with our choice. The village in which the hotel is situated was traditional with a modern mix and could have been anywhere in the world. We were also impressed with historic northern cyprus town of Kyrenia and the incredible scenery surrounding it, particularly the mountainous areas. We are currently discussing our next holiday to North Cyprus so that we can come back and see the rest of it! Of course we would love to stay at the Cratos again but unfortunately money will not allow that! The hotel was incredibly expensive!
