“Dissapointing stay at the Cratos”

I always love to go to the North of Cyprus for a few days the people are warm and frieindley so I looked up on the web and saw the Cratos hotel and thought it looked perfect for our wedding Anniversary, how wrong could I be. The staff are very average but very friendly, the hotel is beautiful the pool the gardens the spa stunning the food is exceptional but it's all let down by the staff no one knows what they are doing and I had glasses smashed on my feet , the witers are running around like headless chickens very very poor standard
