Chateau Lambousa Hotel Review - 4 of 9 Reviews

My family booked a holiday to Kyrenia, staying at the Chateau Lambousa, due to the great deal we got with gonorthcyprus.com. We had a few other destinations in mind but this ticked the boxes and was the most reasonable. We booked through Gary who was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He saved us quite a bit of money, especially when recommending that we wouldn't need a hire car because there was a frequent running bus just outside the hotel complex.

Overall I was impressed with the Chateau Lambousa Hotel. Our room was huge and really well equipped. It was also really clean. The hotel had wonderful facilities too, such as a large pool and beautiful hotel grounds. Food-wise you could choose from a buffet in the restaurant or meals cooked to order from the bar. This impressed me because most hotels only offer one option.

The best thing about the Chateau Lambousa by far was its incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. You were greeted at reception every time by smiles- nothing was ever too much trouble. When we had questions about where to visit in Kyrenia, they were so helpful in recommending places to go and how to get there. The excellent service didn't stop there. Every member of staff had the same approachable and helpful attitude.

I have next to nothing negative to say about the Chateau Lambousa apart from the fact that its location isn't ideal. We didn't mind travelling to places by bus, especially as it ran frequently, including the evening but the road on which the hotel is situated is incredibly busy. Luckily my children are old enough to be aware of road safety but I could imagine that for a family with toddlers this could pose a problem. That being said, I can guarantee that we will book a stay at the Chateau Lambousa again; it's not often that you get such wonderful service!
