“Good hotel in North Cyprus”
Looking for sunshine, my partner and I stayed at the Rocks Hotel in Kyrenia, and we had lots of sunshine in August! very hot, so we used the swimming pool many times, and were pleased our air conditioning made the bedroom cool at night. We could also swim in the sea from the deck.
The Rocks Hotel is very smart and the people are welcoming. Our bedroom was large and the bathroom OK. We had good food in the evening and big breakfast with cheese and meat - we Dutch like cheese! Wine and strong drinks like whiskey were expensive we thought, higher than Turkey mainland where we went before.
North Cyprus has some same problems as Turkey. Too much rubbish in countryside, lots of building happening on the coast. But also has the same good things as Turkey - nice people, fresh food, warm sea, and lots of sunshine.
