Having never been to Northern Cyprus, we looked at all the hotels inthe Kyrenia area which would offer good facilities and for our 14 year old teenager. Well on internet and brochure yes the hotel does look like a 4* hotel, however, how true the saying is: "never judge a book by its cover".

Though we enjoyed are stay, the hotel is no way a 4*, it lacks finishing touches all round.

Sunbeds were not particularly clean, pools were o.k. but needed some attention, tiles missing some chipped. Food at the hotel was very basic no variety given. The gardens needed attention there were lights bulbs that did not work, in corridors, however, if we had been told this was a 3* star hotel then we would not have been disappointed.

On a posiitive note the room and view we were given in the Galery Apartment was brilliant. Even the cleanliness of the room was good. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Would I recommend this hotel not in its present state.
