Having just spent 3 weeks here, I feel so rested and ready for Christmas! The staff were all so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The owner, and his PA & Guest Relations Angel were around and made us so welcome.

The casino is discrete and does not impinge on the atmosphere. I travelled with an elderly, disabled friend, and the staff were so attentive to her special needs. We went for rest and recuperation, and this was the perfect place. The restaurant, reception and spa staff were a joy, and the variety and standard of food was consistently high.

The courtesy bus into Girne meant we managed without hiring a car, and was provided daily. The spa facilities were almost faultless, the only difficulty was a cold jacuzzi "brrrr", with no rails to aid access. Having mentioned this, I have been assured this will be rectified.

Entertainment in the evenings was generally tasteful and not too often, for those sensitive to noise, just make sure you request a room away from the events rooms.

I would happily have stayed on for much longer, and will certainly be returning as soon as possible. Also for November/December,the weather was stunningly warm which was an added bonus! And the hotel#s long standing returning guest "John" was delightful and charming and a fountain of knowledge!
