arrived cyprus 7 am. after renting a car we arrived to hotel malpas about 12.15 pm.

reception said your room is getting ready. after asking few times they said check in is at 2pm.

nearly two hours we have waited at the reception. not a good welcome. customer service was very poor at reception. only smiling the people they knew i suppose.

room cleaning was poor. same stain stayed in the bathroom after we left.

the restaurant good service the starters seem to be served over and over same .

the hot food good selection and fresh. like the idea of cyprus traditional dish of the day

I am a chef (advanced level 3 professinal chef)

travel round the world for 23 months
