Jasmine Court Hotel Review - 6 of 18 Reviews

My husband, myself and our two teenage children have just recently returned from Kyrenia. We stayed at the Jasmine Court and found it to be excellent. Our children were in awe of its grand rooms and features, such as the large staggered swimming pool. In terms of its looks it definitely had the 'wow' factor of a five star, for a fairly reasonable price.

The rooms were incredibly clean and maintained to a high standard, they were also very spacious. All of the facilities were in good condition and as clean as the rooms. My husband and I loved having a go in the casino and at night the atmosphere in the hotel was buzzing, I wouldn't say it was necessarily the place I would take very young children.

My husband moaned about the food, particularly at breakfast, but I was glad that it wasn't all English cuisine! It catered for all kinds of tastes and you couldn't fault its quality. The only thing that I found a little disappointing was the hotel's policy on drinks. You were only supposed to buy drinks from the hotel, including water, and they were pretty expensive. Fair enough if it's alcoholic drinks, but we consumed bottle upon bottle of water around the pool and it soon mounted up! In the end I resorted to going to the local supermarket, nobody said anything to us about it.

Overall, it was hard to fault the Jasmine Court. It wasn't as grand as some high end hotels but it certainly didn't disappoint. When booking a holiday abroad it is hard to know what to expect so I was thoroughly pleased to be staying somewhere that was comfortable and very clean.
