“Some Problems, Some Satisfaction”
We were looking forward to spending a week as a family for some quality time. There were times that this actually happened. The staff at the hotel was most accommodating and they are very fond of children here. However, it is not enough to recommend a stay if you are going on holiday in November. While it shouldn't have been as warm as it was that is still no excuse as to why the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It became so hot in the night that sleeping was very difficult. The main air conditioning was turned off with it being winter. Hardly a reason to make your guests suffer. We could have changed hotels, but we lost an entire day of our holiday so we declined. We did have some fun and the room was spacious and clean. The TV worked well although we couldn't understand what they were saying as it was in Turkish. The restaurant in which we ate the first night was the buffet. There was nothing especially good there, but it was alright. The fish restaurant that we tried, however, was very delicious with excellent prices for the amount of food. For £40 we had two fish mezes, drinks and a very good bottle of wine. Don't use the mini bar though as those prices are just too high. We probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay at this time of year, but the staff was very helpful.
Liked — room size, restaurant reasonable
Disliked — lack of air conditioning
