This is a hotel review for Denizkizi Royal Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Brilliant pool and beach facilities, could do better on customer service.”

Beach and pool brill, room clean, large enough and most staff friendly,most speak English to a degree their English 100 percent better than my Turkish. The down side was no room service, only tried once after walk up St Hillarion, too tired for eve meal so phoned down at half seven ordered 2 cheese sandwiches, fruit and 2 keo,s, phone went after 5 mins to be told 'food from balcony of other hotel, why not have that!' I enquired why no room service to be informed cooks cooking evening meal over other hotel!!! Also gym staff poor opening times and they change without informing all staff as we had conflicting times from 3 staff. Claiming to be a full 4 star Royal Hotel, some 4 star points but too many minor issues bring it to a definite 3 star hotel. Issues should not be hard to improve upon but the management need to review the above points and act on them, in my view.
