This is a hotel review for Balci Plaza Hotel in Karpas, North Cyprus

“Great little place away from the action”

We booked a trip to Balci Plaza through GoNorthCyprus, Gary suggested the hotel as being out of the way, which is just what we wanted for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is basic but it met our needs and our hosts couldn't do enough to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The food was delicious, it's a real selling point for the place, and the setting is ideal if you like the beach because it's literally on the doorstep! The surrounding area is very picturesque and rural, you can take a taxi to the nearest national park but also spend some time hiking through the local landscape, there are some historical sites to discover nearby. The hotel manager advised us to take a safari tour, which we really enjoyed too. We had a lovely time in the natural setting.
