We stayed here recently and I was very disappointed in the service as well as the amenities. Our room was sub-standard, without the usual niceties of most hotels. We noticed there was no coffee maker, so inquired at the front desk, only to be told they didn't have one available for our room. We had to order room service in order to get coffee in our room! Then we had to wait what seemed to me a much longer time than necessary before it was delivered.

We were equally disappointed in the service in the hotel's dining room. We had a rather large group and all wanted to eat together. We'd enquired ahead of time and were assured that it was no problem. However, at the last moment it appeared they weren't equipped to handle several of us at the same table. I understand they are used to mainly couples or small groups of 3 or 4, but they should have told us up front if our large group was going to be a problem. We waited around 2 hours for our food and never once were we given an explanation of why it was so late before we were served. Eventually we asked what the problem was, but not until then were we given any sort of apology or explanation.

It also appeared that many of the rooms were under construction and that remodeling efforts were underway. Perhaps that explains why some of the rooms aren't up to par. Still, one would think they would not put people in the rooms that aren't properly decked out with all the amenities. To put it mildly, I was not at all impressed with this place. We won't be back.
