My family have just returned from a ten day treat at the Villa Club Holiday Village. It was an absolutely amazing holiday, including where we stayed. We booked through Mandy at www.gonorthcyprus.co.uk who got us a really good deal for such a fantastic holiday.

The whole hotel complex is absolutely beautiful, with amazing gardens surrounding each villa. There are so many different fruit trees growing there that the smell is just gorgeous. It is also really peaceful.

Our mini villa was really well equipped and had enough facilities to make a decent breakfast and there are a few local shops so it would be more than possible to cater for yourself. It was also immaculately cleann, with a brilliant maid service.

Every review we'd read before going had mentionned how helpful and friendly the hotel owners are and I can only back this up. They are prepared to do as much as they can to make their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible; they are even able to exchange currency and sort out hire cars for their guests. They gave us some brilliant advice about where to visit and what to see. Our favourite place was Bellapais, which was beautiful and really historic.

The hotel food was fresh and varied. My husband and I liked the fact that we could sample some typical Turkish dishes whilst our kids enjoyed more English style cuisine.

If we ever return to North Cyprus, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Villa Club Holiday Village again. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
