Topset Hotel Review - 9 of 21 Reviews
This is a hotel review for Topset Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“What a shame.”
This was the third time we had stayed at the hotel.I previous times ,we had enjoyed first rate conditions for our perfect holiday in what we felt was a beautiful spot.
Having always been sociable with all tongues of the world,we as usual met Dutch,Belgium and even Polish tourists.Everything seemed to be as normal, until we went down to breakfast to find out that we had to order our preferance, and the Dutch etc could only select from various cheeses, and tomatoes, chillies,in act a more inferior choice.
They had obviously had a special cut price deal.
Why we thought should we get the cold shoulder treatment from these people ,when the segregation was caused by the Hotel management?
The meals in the evening were exceptional as usual, although we object to having to watch an enormous TV whist dining, instead of mood music.
The staff were brilliant as before, and because of them,we enjoyed the holiday.
The rooms were kept spotless by an excellent team of cleaners, but the whole complex needs upgrading maintainance wise
New rules were invoked with the fridges in clients rooms with a ban put on various products, this was obviously enforced to stop the other countries from storing Food and Drink in bulk to substitute meals.
Next year well we havent dicided where we go in North Cyprus .It wont be TOP SET.
