We stayed at the hotel for two nights during the week as it was our wedding anniversary.

The room we were allocated was a sea view and overlooked the pool area across the street. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. We were on half board basis.

The selection and quality of food at both breakfast and dinner was exceptional. It would have been nice if you could have eaten at another restaurant within the hotel and be given a credit against the bill for the buffet dinner, but it appeared this was not on offer. As we were only staying two nights this was not a problem. Only criticism was that the waiters knowledge of the wines was lacking.

The pool area staff were very good and it was very clean. Food and drinks served at the Pool were very good and not overly priced.

We only visited the Casino once and found that there was a lack of information on the gambling limits on each table and gaming machines. Maybe because it was midweek, but we felt the Casino area lacked any buzz or ambience and in fact only stayed 20 minutes before leaving.

The hotel is very central and in easy walking distance to the harbour.

We would definetley stay at this hotel again.

ps. When we went to our car the battery was dead... No problem the hotel organised for a member of staff to get his car and some jump leads and we were on our way... Thank you... far cheaper than a garage...
