“Riviera Beach Bungalows is a place of peace and relaxation”
North Cyprus is a favourite destination of ours, and we always go to gonorthcyprus.com and try a different hotel every time. This break was all about peace and relaxation after a difficult year, and we made the perfect choice. A family run hotel, with the friendliest staff we've ever come across, the Riviera Beach is an absolute joy. Our room was lovely and from the balcony we had both mountain and sea views. The bed was a bit firmer that I like at home but I long ago learnt that hotel beds are always too hard or too soft and you just go with it. It's located down a lane and set in lovely grounds and gardens that must cover at least 2 acres. The boundary at the front is the beach which looks very rocky from a distance but when you get there there's some lovely sand areas as well as sun loungers and parasols. If you aren't a beach person you can relax around the lovely pool and take advantage of the bar. Food wise we had absolutely nothing to complain about. We love buffet style meals and were spoilt for choice here. The dining room is actually a balcony wrapped around the main building and offers gorgeous sea views, it really is the most lovely place to eat.
We loved our stay here and if we weren't always looking to try somewhere new we would keep coming back here. That said, a cheeky spring break here may be in order next year.
Liked — Gorgeous views and nicely provate
Disliked — Not the best weather at this time of year (our fault!)
