Riviera Beach Bungalows Review - 5 of 18 Reviews

This is the first time we've been to North Cyprus and therefore the first time we've stayed at the Riviera Beach bungalows. We weren't sure what to expect as they were advertised as a small hotel which was family run. Gary from Go North Cyprus assured us that the owners paid great attention to detail and looked after their guests.

On arrival, we were greeted by a few of the owner's family- they were so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in where we were from and how our journey was. Check in was quick and easy and they personally showed us to our room. The room was a good size, with clean, natural minimalist decoration. The air conditioning was brilliant which was well needed as the heat was quite something.

The hotel food was very tasty and we saw that they got some of their produce from their gardens, including fresh eggs for breakfast! The grounds were abundant with fruit: they both smelled and looked fabulous.

The pool and bar area was spot on for what we required and it was handy to be able to watch the kids whilst relaxing ourselves. We visited the hotel beach on several occasions but it was rather small and busy as we were there at the height of the season.

Our stay at the Riviera Beach bungalows was wonderful- everything we wanted and more! The only downside was the location of the hotel. It was quite far away from local amenities so we spent a fair amount of money on taxis.
