Pia Bella Hotel Review - 75 of 149 Reviews

This was the first time we had been to Northern Cyprus, but our friends have been several times and always say how good it was so we decided to join them for a 10 day stay at the Pia bella hotel, travel, hotel & transfers all booked through Go northCyprus.

First - excellent service from go North Cyprus, booking confirmed and able to book my seat on the flight within 24hours of making the booking. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours (fault of thomas Cook) but even though it was nearly mid-night when we arrived our transfer driver was waiting and swiftly got us to the Pia Bella. Well done Go NorthCyprus.

Second - as mentioned above although we were delayed and now it was well past mid-night we were warmly greeted and check-in not bother. we were offered a meal, which we declined, then asked if we would like soup or a drink - compliments of the hotel. We had a drink and then we were shown to our room. our room was a superior room overlooking the gardens, which was lovely as they have lemon and orange trees scattered around. The room although basis was comfy and clean. The air condition was somewhat noisy, but hey no problem.

We stayed on a breakfast only basis and again, breakfast was very good, bacon served twice a week, but we enjoyed the cereals, fresh fruit and fresh bread.

Entertainment --- well it was the usual hotel thing - not really my thing, but what i did like is this ended around 11.00pm so we were not disturbed in the night.

the location of the Pia bella was ideal, approx 15 minute walk to the town, but plenty of transport passing the hotel for those less able.

the staff were very friendly and the house keeping Sara, would walk around every morning greeting folk and checking all was ok.

We enjoyed our selves so much that although we have never returned to a holiday resort twice, we have made an exeption for Kyrenia - in fact we have already booked with Go NorthCyprus for the same deal although we will visit in May.
