“Stay at the Pia Bella if you want top service”
We stayed at the Hotel Pia Bella recently and found it to be a wonderful place to stay. We upgraded to a superior room, which afforded us a magnificent view of the North Cyprus mountains. I was really impressed with our room. It was extra large, and sparkling clean, right down to the shower drain. Our room also contained a safe for valuables and the hotel employee who showed us to our rooms made sure to show us how to operate it before leaving.
We'd arrived late in the evening and after checking in we were offered dinner, which surprised us considering the hotel dining room was already closed but were offered food at the Pia Bella anyhow! In my opinion, that goes above and beyond the normal service you get at most hotels.
The hotel has 2 large swimming pools and although it was still early in the year, we noticed several people sunning themselves by the pools. The grounds are nicely manicured and contain flower beds full of blooming flowers. It was lovely and peaceful walking around. This is a truly relaxing place in Northern Cyprus.
The food at the Pia Bella hotel was wonderful. We ate dinner in the hotel's dining room every evening and found the food to be delicious. There's a decent variety of options for the main course and they offer some magnificent desserts. The food was always hot and fresh and the service was outstanding. The waiters were obviously busy but still took time to say a few words to us at mealtimes and were happy to answer any questions we might have. A customer service rep often walked around the dining room at mealtimes asking customers if there was anything that would make their stay more enjoyable. We always told her everything was perfect, which it was; however the effort was appreciated. It is my opinion that the Hotel Pia Bella offers exceptional service and great atmosphere in a beautiful and tranquil setting. We'll definitely be back and plan to recommend it to our friends.
