“fantastic hotel very relaxing”
arriverd late at night,booked in luggage was taken to my room and I was taken to the restuarant for a meal and welcome drink so far so good.The room I was allocated was not what I had booked,no problem I was moved the next morning.I found the staff most helpfull, in my book nothing was to much for them.Although it was early november weather very good, swimming in the pool ok if a little cold, but once again no problem.I was half board which gave me chance after breakfast to walk into Kyrenia for site seeing and shopping.Altogether I found the Hotel,Food,Service first class.Its very easy to complain when things are not to your taste,at this hotel they try very hard to ensure that things are indeed to your taste and in the event of something going wrong the management and staff will sort the problem out. will I choose this Hotel again? YES.
