We love the Onar so much we've just returned from our 4th visit in 2 years, our 6th visit in total, and stayed for 3 weeks this time. As always, we booked through gonorthcyprus.com, the best travel agent for this area bar none. They've always been great, especially Sue.

A short taxi ride away from the stunning Kyrenia harbour, the Onar offers beauty, peace, tranquillity and everything you could want or need for a truly memorable holiday. We were greeted like old friends on arrival, which we are really, but even first time guests are met with equal friendliness and courtesy. Whether it's your first or 100th time at the Onar the staff go out of their way to please. Some guests really pushed this to the max to be honest, but nothing was too much trouble for them. Me personally, I would have chucked a couple in the pool if they spoke to me the way they spoke to the staff!But they remained professional and attentive.

The entire hotel is absolutely spotless, and the views over the sea have to be seen to be appreciated. As we mentioned about, you can be in Kyrenia in just a couple of minutes, and as the taxis are both quick and cheap we used them all the time. We have already booked our next trip to the Onar Holiday and call us creatures of habit if you will, but when you find your perfect holiday why risk trying somewhere else? BIG tip - the rooms within the older building have overlooking the pool have amazing views down towards Kyrenia
