Mountain View Hotel Review - 2 of 27 Reviews

Went to this hotel with my gfriend for a week in December. We picked this hotel cos it was quite cheap but had some good reviews on the internet, so we thought we would give it a try. The waterfall when you walk in is really cool, and the pool was all lit up so it looks pretty impressive for a three star hotel. There was TV in the room and in the bar, so we hung out there a few nights, but we also went into the local town. Not much nightlife when we were there, but there was a good restaurant that we ate at a couple of times. The hotel also has internet access so I could check my emails and stuff for free. Their food was pretty good. My gfriend likes foreign food so she tried some stuff that I wouldn't touch and said it was really tasty. There was plenty of British food though, so I had some good meals too. Their steak was great, although I had to pay a bit extra for it off the menu cos we were only on half board. The scenery is pretty romantic, and my gfriend was really impressed. We had a nice quiet holiday together and everything was better value for the price than I was expecting, so I was pretty pleased.
