“Hotel and facilities perfect!”
When we arrived we found that although I'd booked and paid a supplement for a room with sea view, we were given a room with hardly any sea view and what was even more disappointing no balcony. We had to wait two days until the duty manager was able to find us another room, which was rather frustrating. But this was our only complaint and we would certainly return to this lovely hotel. Food fantastic, all wines and spirits were extremely good quality, entertainment good and the catering and housekeeping staff couldn't be more helpful.
I would definitely recommend Merit Crystal Cove.
