“A class act by people that care about looking after you”

These guys were on the ball 24/7. Nothing was a problem when the need arose. We had the all inclusive package which was well worth the money. This gives access to all the facilities in the hotel including the nearby Royal where I recommend you checkout the spa - We defy you to find a better facility! Quality and choice of food was superb and again our package allowed access to the Royal's restaurants too.

Whilst I would compliment the general staff courtesy and attention to detail, our only gripe was a general poor level of entertainment at night compounded by no English speaking film channels or video stream in the room.

The Xmas gala was good but to be fair the New Years eve gala was very very good with excellent singers performing to a 1000 strong Turkish gathering. Boy, these guys know how to party!

A final mention to the excellent staff particularly in the lower restaurant and Aquarium bar.

Special and meritable thanks to supervisor Latife and Toulapope (Poppy) in the bar who never found it difficult to radiate a little sunshine at any time of the day!
