This is a hotel review for Merit Crystal Cove Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“pricing themselves out of the market”
We stayed in the merit Crystal Cove Hotel in 2006 and enjoyed our stay generally. We thought we would go
there again this year. Apparently the prices have gone up by 30£ per night since last year. Are they kidding.
Although we enjoyed our holiday when we stayed there we did not consider it a 5 star hotel.
We found the staff to be quite unfriendy and tip seeking all the time. It is really geared to the
gambler in the casino.
We certainly consider it to be overpriced. We can get a cheaper holiday in a true 5 star hotel
on the Continent. They have, therefore' lost any custom we had planned to give them.
We were a couple staying 3 weeks

Liked — The sunshine and All inclusive element
Disliked — Ignorant and rude bar manager. Discourteous reception staff.
