Manolya Hotel Review - 8 of 20 Reviews

My friend and I had a two night stay at the Manoyla Hotel, Lapta as part of our trip around North Cyprus. We stayed in a few other hotels while we were away but this one really stood out at us because it was the one we were least expecting to be good! We booked through the online agents www.gonorthcyprus.com and got an amazingly cheap deal at the Manoyla. It was meant to be a short stop gap so that we could explore the area around Lapta and we found it to be so good that we're considering bringing our families back next year.

The rooms at the Manoyla Hotel have been recently refurbished so everything is modern, new and fresh. They are also incredibly clean and very comfortable. The bedding was really soft and we were really pleasantly surprised to have a sea view even though we hadn't requested one! The only complaint I had about the room was that the bathroom sink was missing a plug- but this wasn't a big deal!

We enjoyed our breakfast at the Manoyla- there was a lot on offer and it was all fresh and well prepared. The evening meals aren't quite as good so I'd recommend that people stay on a bed and breakfast basis as there are some lovely local restaurants.

The staff at the Manoyla Hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were really interested that my friend and I were on an exploring holiday and gave us loads of tips about places to visit. The hotel is really well situated, very close to a gorgeous beach. The town of Lapta also has a lot of charm and some lovely restaurants.

We had a fantastic holiday to North Cyprus and the Manoyla Hotel was definitely a highlight!
