This is a hotel review for Manolya Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Basic and shabby but delightful staff”

Our room was very basic and rather shabby, but clean and comfortable. The staff are delightful, always pleasant and helpful, especially the receptionist. The room was supplied with a fridge and electric cooking rings but no cooking utensils or pans, which seems odd. Nice balacony with two plastic chairs and a lovely view of the mountains, and (if we craned our necks) the sea. Good basic breakfast, with bacon and eggs available for an extra 5 euros.

Disliked — Room was shabby and in need of a refurb
