This is a hotel review for Malpas Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Good location, nice hotel, excellent facilities but drink prices far too high!”

A little disappointing that we were accommodated in the annex, especially as it was pouring with rain when we arrived and we all got soaking wet!

The hotel facilities were good and I enjoyed the indoor pool and Turkish bath/sauna spa area.

We had booked online and half board was added free of charge to us, which was a nice extra. However, when we got the bill for 6 'ordinary' drinks (3 beers, 2 glasses of wine and a bottle of water for 4 people), the cost was 40 euros, which we found disproportionally high. For that reason we would not return to the Malpas.

Perhaps your agency would recommend somewhere with good facilities and comfortable bedrooms, where the drinks prices are reasonable. It does not have to be a 5-star hotel, but preferably in the Kerynia area.
