“Great service, nice hotel, bad wi fi, expensive drinks and minibar.”
I stayed at the Malpas for a business trip and found the standard of the rooms and general appearance of the hotel to be excellent. The cleanliness was superb and the food at the hotel had plenty of variety. The service at the hotel was superb.
I would recommend to others, although the only points which I think needed improving were the wi fi which had a terrible signal strength even though I had paid for so called high speed internet access.
The drinks in the bar, at dinner and minibar were expensive, but I suppose that is to be expected.
The casino was interesting, although ruined by the other patrons who have their own way of doing things, however the staff went out of their way to welcome us.
