“Very helpful and considerate staff.”
My wife and I, plus a friend, recently spent three nights at the Malpas Hotel.
I am recovering from a hip replacement, so mobility was an issue. The staff however always provided a buggy to take me from the main hotel to the Diamond Court annex, and back whenever needed.
The manager also moved me to a room for the disabled, which made life so much easier with a walk-in shower, disabled person supports etc.
The outside pool and the private beach were a challenge, but again helpful and supportive staff were on hand to ensure I did not fall.
On the negative side, the live entertainment was of a very short duration, from 7 until 10 (during dinner). It would have been far more entertaining if they played until mid-night.
Dinner buffet very repetitive, with no daily specials or additions to the buffet, and little for a vegetarian other than salads.

Disliked — Lack of live music in bars/terrace after dinner
