“Not for people with walking problems !!!”

We booked this hotel for our stay ,but it's way out of town in the hills and it's not very good for people who have problems with steps as to go to the pool its steps or a steep slope from the main hotel and if your in the annex it's a walk to the hotel and in the hotel you've got an kettle but not in the annex the food was average the staff were OK , the hotel is very clean and modern , but there shuttle service from what they call there beach leaves a lot to be desired ,they left five ladies stranded as the shuttle didn't turn up !!! And the so called beach is non existent just a platform an yet again steps to the beach .we moved after two days to the Vuni Palace hotel not as modern but the staff,food,service and by the sea was much better .
