I thoroughly enjoyed another superb vacation in the Malpas. I travelled from Manchester to Larnaca on the 29 February and took a private transfer to Kyrenia. This time I stayed for 4 weeks. On arrival the weather was a mixture of snow, hailstones, rain and strong winds, very unusual for this time of the year. A week later though, the normal Cypriot sunshine, clear skies and lovely sea views were back on the daily agenda.

The accommodation, meals and service were very good. Again the Dining Room and Bar staff were professional, courteous and cheerful making dining a delightful experience. They still all had that “Can-Do” attitude and nothing was too much for them. Again, the doormen, reception, reservations, night and day duty managers, waiters, chefs, cleaners and maintenance personnel, through to the hotel manager, deputy manager and the guest relations staff, were all great, empathic, compassionate, caring and professional. All of these people, each and every one of them, make the business function cohesively and efficiently ensuring that my stay was an extremely pleasant one.

I realise that everything is a matter of personal perspective but for me the Malpas is my little piece of heaven, a place where I experience tranquility, friendship and spiritual healing of the mind, body and soul; a place where I know that the management and staff have my best interests at heart. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend the Malpas Hotel & Casino in Kyrenia to all who seek a first class experience.
