Lord's Palace Hotel Review - 10 of 12 Reviews

I stayed at the Lord's Palace recently on a solo trip and was very impressed by the hotel in general. It's grand and imposing with some stunning facilities like the rooftop pool and a wonderful spa where I had two relaxing massages. My room was luxurious, well appointed and kept very clean. Great selection of food but service was a bit slow in the restaurant, perhaps the staff were a bit apprehensive because their English wasn't all that good. In the coffee shop however service was excellent and staff were smiley and helpful. The hotel is only ten minutes away from the harbour on foot and although it wasn't busy because I stayed out of season I can imagine the place really comes alive in the summer months. Very impressive place overall.

Liked — Good price, clean and tidy, great spa, short walk to harbour
Disliked — Service could have been quicker in the restaurant
