Life Hotel Review - 9 of 19 Reviews

I'd read mixed reviews about the Life Hotel but the holidays they offered seemed to suit my family perfectly. I sought advice through Go North Cyprus hotels and Mandy assured me that the Life Hotel was a great hotel which has been refurbished quiet recently so a lot of what I'd read related to the hotel in the past.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted in such a friendly manner by the staff. We've stayed in places before and you just feel like you're the next guest on the conveyor belt; this was totally different. They asked us about our journey and gave us a big welcome.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were in the heart of Kyrenia, so everything was a short walk away. We always try to get our kids to do a bit of site-seeing as well as playing and relaxing; the town had so much to offer! Even the buildings were historic. Our favourite site was the castle.

Our hotel room was spacious and clean. It lacked personality a little bit but everything was in good, clean working order so we couldn't complain. The beds were comfortable, even the pull-out one for my youngest. My husband was most impressed that our room had free wifi!

The Life Hotel's food was really plentiful and tasty. We chose to eat in the restaurants quiet a lot as our children are fussy and you don't know what you will find on the menu at local restaurants. The choice wasn't massive but our children were satisfied so that must be a good thing!

In all honesty, if we weren't on a budget, we probably wouldn't have stayed at the Life Hotel but only because we would have looked for a larger hotel with more facilities. We have no idea why anyone would write a bad review about it because although simple, there was nothing bad to say about it.
