This is a hotel review for Dome Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“Hotel is tired and shabby”
Most staff are very poor when dealing with customers, bar service is almost non-existent.
Frequently not enough staff on duty in the restaurant, tables not cleared or made up.
Air conditioning is poor, room controls disconnected and allowing for on / off operation only. Four nights of being too hot elicited a daily response of " the air conditioning is working satisfactory" from the front desk.
Plumbing fixtures, taps and flushing unit were loose and mould was very noticeable at many of the tile joins.
The potential for this hotel is great, suggest a proactive management team, some investment and some TLC be applied to bring the standard up to 4 star.

Disliked — Much of the hotel.
