This is a hotel review for Dome Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“Dome - in need of tender, loving care.”
The Dome is in a prime location with fabulous views and short walk to lovely old harbour of Kyrenia. However, it is now looking very shabby and in desperate need of a revamp. Our bathroom looked unclean due to worn-out tiles and decor. Toilet flushed very badly.
The bed was okay only. The light and telephone sockets were all hanging off the walls. Why no freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast?
We felt it was way overpriced for what it was - not sure how it retains four stars.
We love the Dome for historic reasons - first visited nearly forty years ago - but feel we do not wish to go back until some love and care has been put into it.

Disliked — The shabbiness of the hotel.
