This is a hotel review for Colony Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“Good Holiday, minor improvement needed.”
My wife and I stayed for one week, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff at poolside were friendly and efficient. Rooftop restaurant staff were exellent and went that extra yard to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. Reception provided us with excellent table bookings at local restaurants and booking for the beach bus was no problem.
If we had to comment on other things, on Friday and Saturday night of our stay the rooftop was closed for private bookings, on Monday there was a Cinema night for non residents, it was not advertised within the hotel and we were unable to watch film as we did not have a paid reservation. There was a lack of local guide information in the hotel. Lastly and its only a personal view, but in a 5 star hotel I dont think that paper napkins should be provided on tables for meals taken in the hotel restaurants.
However, overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel to our friends .
