This is a hotel review for Citrus Tree Gardens in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“A cultural trip”
We booked a break at Citrus Tree Gardens with GoNorthCyprus recently to explore the area, having never been to north Cyprus before. We had a pleasant villa, small but well appointed and very clean. Outside is a nice big pool and it's very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning and there's a nice bar at the hotel, in the basement, just right for a nightcap. It's a good base to explore as well, you can easily get the bus into Kyrenia, which has a picturesque harbour and some wonderful restaurants. It's not far to the nearest village either, Alsancak has got lots of nice coffee shops and it's worth visiting to experience authentic Turkish culture. We had a very peaceful and relaxing getaway here, only sorry that we had not visited north Cyprus sooner.
