“not a 4 star ==a good 3 star”
Because the flights were afternoon from Britain you will arrive near 10 30 pm their time. We asked for a bite to eat, we had an omellette which was nice but it was just because the chef was still there. The breakfast was a menu was English , American, or Cypriot, which you could mix and match what they call toast is not our toast it is hardly shown a grill but eadable their jams are an acquired taste so do not eat with your eyes We did not have h/board as there are hundreds of restaurants 1 mile above the hotel or 3 mile down in the town of Kyreina , highly recommended especially around the harbour . the rooms or villas are not for older people as trying to use the bathroom at night will wake up your other half as the stairs creaked so much, you had use the hand rail that was also not very secure,the wooden stairs were very slippery with time past. So if you are going to this hotel please make sure you have a room in the hotel, not a villa which was not very private. On the whole not a bad place but in desperate need of an upgrade in decoration and beware our villa had only two points both either side of the door, it was not designed by a women, if you use any hair appliances or labtops or tablet take a load of extension sockets with you
