I and my family had a rest in hotel Altinkaya from April 30 to May 11, 2015. Together with us mine had a rest 5 summer daughter. We lived in the two-storeyed bungalow close to the main building of hotel Altinkaya. The bungalow perfectly is suitable for a family from three people.

We the first time visited Northern Cyprus and to Kirenia city. We very much liked our rest in hotel Altinkaya. We brought back home the most positive impressions of our travel to Northern Cyprus.

The hotel has an excellent arrangement, it is near the downtown away from brisk city roads. This good feature allows to be disconnected from city life and to enjoy magnificent views on mountains and the sea. The excellent garden, the beautiful pool, remarkable restaurant, passed in the evenings concerts of live music that brought an additional pleasant note in our rest.

Opposite to hotel the inexpensive car rental that allowed us to travel freely to Famagusta, to Esentope and Nicosia is located. In five minutes of walking on foot there are good grocery stores and a drugstore.

A row located fine historical monuments of culture abbey Bellapais, Saint Illarion's castle, Kirenia fortress, sea harbor.

Very attentive and sympathetic personnel which made cleaning in our bungalow the Magnificent personnel on a reception. We arrived from Russia, the language barrier to communication with the personnel of hotel at us was absent. The small knowledge of English allowed us to communicate perfectly.

Restaurant with excellent kitchen, the beautiful chef and polite service of the personnel. The fish menu and dishes are excellent. Meat dishes allowed to enjoy completeness of taste of Cypriot cuisine.

Very good library, silence and comfortable furniture will allow to work for hotel in the evening on the computer or the tablet in a quiet situation. On the TV it is always possible to look at local news.

Of course, additional plus would be replacement of bathroom equipment in a bungalow and existence of the separate dryer for a towel. Opening of the second restaurant will expand possibilities of hotel repeatedly.

Very much it was pleasant to us reasonable reasonable prices for accommodation and service at restaurant.

We recommend this hotel:

1) for family rest with children;

2) for people who need to be disconnected from everyday city life;

3) for people who like to learn and experience subtleties of individual tourism and independently to plan the rest.

4) for people who like to travel the friendly companies;

5) to tourists from Russia we recommend to learn surely English before a trip to Northern Cyprus. The additional knowledge of German will brighten up your rest by communication with the tourists who arrived from the countries of the European Union and Great Britain. Language skills will improve communication with the personnel of hotel and will allow to learn cultural features of Northern Cyprus easier.
