I took my spouse to the Almond Holiday Village on a much-needed Summer break. We had an excellent stay. By the time we checked in the staff had equipped our room with all the necessary creature comforts in order to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay and were very friendly (and continued to be so throughout our stay).

We found the food served at the hotel to be excellent, and ate there numerous times because we were so impressed. Breakfast in particular featured a really wide variety of options which made for a great start to every day.

We stayed in one of the hotels mini-villas, which consisted of one bedroom, one bathroom and a communal area/living room. All of these were spacious and well-kept, so there was plenty of room for two. The accommodation was fresh and clean and stayed very cool in all but the most intense heat. In addition, the surrounding area (gardens etc) was perfectly maintained and provided a very serene, relaxing atmosphere.

All in all we found this to be a huge step up from many of the hotels of a similar price that we have frequented in the past. We were made to feel at ease and whenever we had a question or a problem there was always someone on hand who was more than happy to solve it for us. Anyone intending to visit Cyprus in the near future should plan their stay at the Almond Holiday Village. It's unlikely you'll be disappointed!
